On Saturday, January 28th, Focus 4 Design linked up with a rising local group of female emcees who perform
under the moniker Lady Wu-Tang. The purpose of the shoot was simple: Present portrait photographs that essentially capture the ladies in character as their respective Wu-Tang Clan rapper. Under the guidance of Gabriel Rovick and Travis Conklin, each member of the group took their place among the lights and rafters of City Hall Events Venue to each have a piece of themselves, and their persona, captured in a moment. As you can see, each artist channels their inner Wu, offering glimpses into the life of a performance artist and a true fan. The act mingled and chatted professionally and personally as each member made their way to the set.
