Along with author Bryan Schatz, Conklin, Rovick, and Chester all worked together in covering a variety of training faults and fixes that are used by the top UFC and MMA fighters around the world. ut, multiple options were offered by Grudge owner and coach Trevor Wittman.
Wittman, a former boxer with over 80 amateur fights under his belt, walked fighters through the proper techniques, from hand holds to foot placement, in seven different styles. While Conklin and Rovick were busy behind the lens and setting lights, Schatz interviewed the fighters and spoke with Wittman in great detail about the techniques.
Keep your eye peeled for the summer issues of Fighting Fit where the featured spreads will have all of the photos from the shoot. Keep your knuckles up.
